6. Pricing and Payment

6.1 Prices

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable German VAT where required. Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

6.2 Payment Processing

We use Stripe as our payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

6.3 Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, you:

• Represent that you are authorized to use the payment method
• Agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes

6.4 Failed Payments

7. Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal

14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and German law (§ 355 BGB).

7.1 Withdrawal Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw from your contract and request a full refund. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

• Clear statement that you wish to withdraw
• Your email address associated with the purchase

7.2 Refund Processing

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

7.3 Additional Refund Circumstances

Beyond your statutory right of withdrawal, we may also provide refunds in the following circumstances:

• Technical errors preventing access to purchased content (within 30 days)
• Duplicate charges or payment processing errors
• Product significantly differs from description (material misrepresentation)

7.4 Non-Consumers (Business Purchases)

If you are purchasing as a business or for commercial purposes, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. Business transactions are final sale unless there are technical issues or payment errors.

All Content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, research reports, analysis, software, and compilation, is the property of MAJOR KEY Capital GmbH and is protected by German and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

8.2 License to Use

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased Products for your personal, non-commercial use only.

8.3 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our Content without written permission
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our Content
• Share your account access or purchased Products with third parties
